a family haven by the sea
beach vendors wide selection dining options
i found the resort offered many activities both within its grounds and through vendors at the beach i saw opportunities for hair braiding massages horse riding and water sports a wide selection of food was available during the buffet breakfast i also appreciated many restaurants were a short walk away i could explore different dining options beyond the resort. the view from my room was close to the beach. i was able to easily enjoy the seaside from my accommodation.
i experienced an issue with the room's air conditioner i noticed it leaked onto the floor also the beds were two small beds pushed together this created an uncomfortable gap in the middle the bed linen did not fully cover the mattress this was a concern to me. it was quite disappointing.

the resort's location allows immediate beach access and provides many dining choices on the beach and nearby streets i could easily reach restaurants and enjoy beachside meals it was convenient for exploring local cuisine.

the suite included a fully equipped kitchen area a large bathroom and a patio that led directly to the pool there was also a welcome fruit basket stocked drinks and snacks i found these amenities convenient.

the hotel staff were friendly and courteous i appreciated the porter service that assisted with suitcases i found the availability of towel service to be convenient it added to the ease of enjoying the pool and beach areas.

the resort features multiple pools bars and restaurants i also saw laundry facilities and a gift shop there were diverse options for relaxation dining and convenience available within the resort grounds i liked it.

The staff greeted us warmly. the room was quite spacious. the pools offered refreshing options for adults and children. i also liked the easy beach access. It simplified our daily beach visits.
Some areas was a bit worn. A minor refresh would boost the ambience.

The hotel benefits from a great location. It has nearby shops within walking distance. i liked that tuk-tuk taxis were always available nearby. we also saw night markets in bangtao and boat avenue.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. The location right on the beach was AMAZING!!! It made accessing the sea super easy.
I found the food selection for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant to be not that good. I noticed a cockroach smell in the room, and that was not nice at all.
